  19. I believe the Cray 2 used gallium arsenide processors.  (Along with 
  20. being totally immersed in 'floroinert').  Seymour Cray was among the very
  21. first to adopt the use of gallium arsenide.  Mainly because it 
  22. doesn't have anywhere the problems silicon has when it gets hot.
  23. Wasn't it a 262144 processor Alpha-based parallel machine that Cray was 
  24. working on last?
